What is lip filler made of?

What are the benefits to lip filler, and how long does it last?

Lip filler can restore volume that is lost with the aging process, and create a more youthful appearance. It typically lasts 12 to 18 months. However, individual results will vary.

What can i expect after lip filler?

They may be sore and swollen for the first 1-2 days. However, swelling may last for a week. Bruising can, and may, occur. You may apply ice. You may see true results of your filler by day 14.

does lip filler hurt?

Topical numbing during your lip filler session is optional. Your comfort level will be assessed repeatedly throughout your session. Most people find the procedure to be tolerable, and do not require any additional anesthetic.

what if i get cold sores?

You will need to take an antiviral, such as Zovirax or Valtrex, for any lip procedure.
